ESCALATION

The right person, the right channel, the right time

  • ✓ Thresholds are defined per work order type, priority and SLA window.
  • ✓ When risk crosses the threshold, the escalation path notifies the right role automatically.
  • ✓ Notifications reach the channel that gets read — app, email or SMS.
  • ✓ Every escalation is recorded, so recurring causes become visible in reporting.
