TRACKING

Expiry dates that chase themselves

  • ✓ Each certification is held against the vendor, the person and the work types it authorises.
  • ✓ Renewal reminders go out before expiry, to the contractor as well as to your team.
  • ✓ Documents are stored with the record, so proof is one click away.

ENFORCEMENT

Qualification checked at assignment

  • ✓ Crews with expired credentials are blocked from dispatch automatically.
  • ✓ Assignment rules read the certification list, so the check happens before the job, not after.
  • ✓ Exceptions require an explicit approval and are recorded as such.
